All services provided by Philatelie Attias, CH-5620 Bremgarten for the customer, are made exclusively on the basis of the
following General Terms and Conditions "GTCs" by Philatelie Attias and the customer were agreed in writing or expressly named in

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
3.2 For stamps all catalog numbers are made, unless otherwise stated, to SBK or Michel.
3.3 We deliver only perfect quality, any defects are always described.
3.4 By clicking on the button "buy now" in the last step of the order process you make a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation by e-mail after receiving your order.
3.5 A consulting order is concluded after the customer has been informed about the conditions and agrees with them.
4. Contract text
The contract text is stored on our internal systems. The GTCs can be viewed at any time on this page.
The order data will be sent to you by e-mail. After completion of the order, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet
for security reasons. If you have created your own account, you can retrieve the contract text in your account during the ordering process
up to 3 months thereafter.
5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages are net prices, the price in CHF (Swiss Francs) is always decisive.
5.2 All conversions in CHF are made at the daily exchange rate of a Swiss bank or Postfinance, Berne.
5.3 We ship items to most countries in the world according to the delivery address in our shop.
5.4 The shipping costs can be found on the page Shipping and Returns
5.5 We reserve your order maximum 14 days after order.
5.6 For orders below CHF 25.- an additional processing fee of CHF 5.- will be charged.
6.1 Payment of the goods must be made by advance invoice within 10 days.
6.2 The goods will be delivered to you after receipt of the amount on one of our accounts.
6.3 Partial payments and installment payments must be agreed in writing beforehand.
6.4 Fees of financial service providers are borne by the buyer.
7. Delivery, Shipping and Return
7.1 The delivery of goods takes place only while supplies last.
7.2 The delivery takes place by sending the goods from stock to the address given by the customer.
7.3 The delivery takes place against the forwarding expenses
specified with the Internet order.
7.4 Deliveries are only possible at delivery addresses entered in the shop.
7.5 If the postal service has been discontinued with the country of destination, the buyer must provide the buyer with an alternative delivery address.
7.6 The dispatch takes place with our logistics partner Swiss Post.
7.7 You can return ordered items
within 10 days of receipt without giving any reason.
8. Transport Damage
8.1 Goods with obvious damage to the packaging or to the contents delivered to the customer must be reported to the freight forwarder / freight service.
Your acceptance is to be denied. In addition, contact us immediately by e-mail, telephone or post.
8.2 We are to be informed immediately after the discovery of hidden defects.

We guarantee to the best of our knowledge the authenticity of the delivered stamps and postcards for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Fake endangered stamps are sold tested. Items, lots and collections offered in the store are offered as seen. On new accessories we grant
the manufacturers warranty. On old supplies, we provide no guarantee. The invoice is considered a guarantee certificate.
11. Reservation of Title
Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
12. Place of Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from this legal relationship are subject to Swiss law. The customer expressly accepts the place of jurisdiction in CH-5620 Bremgarten AG,
Switzerland. We reserve the right to relocate the place of jurisdiction to the place of residence of the customer, if this is required by law.
